Great quality!
Really like the look of these and the quality is really nice. I will say you have to kinda polish them when drying to get water spots off.

Not black
I bought the stainless steel flat Work cult set. It absolutely does not look black. It looks like a dark chrome but definitely not black. it has weight and is a good quality. But I wanted black.

They’re alright
The black didn’t last, maybe it was because I use a dishwasher but it’s all splotchey now, the best thing that has come from this were the knives, they’re pretty sharp and I use them for everything. Overall you can’t expect anything crazy from a cheap set of silverware.
