I have a MacBook Pro 2015 and did not want to have to buy a newer laptop just to be able to use dual displays. Since I do not have a C port, I bought C to USB port adapter and bought a dual HDMI adapter per the adapter manufacturer's advice. It did not work. I bought another option through another company, and that did not work. I bought these as my last try, and they work beautifully! No instructions, no downloading software, no checking for latest operating system. I had spent $40 - $75 for those other options, and for a fraction of the price, I received 2 adapters that works with my thunderbolt 2 ports and had dual displays running in 2 seconds. Great value, great product, and the easiest to use.
