Nice design
I just received my first one of these and was hoping that it would be able to stay in place and prevent the boys from escaping. As has been said there are no instructions for how to put it on but I was able to imagine how to do it before I got it. It turned out that the way I imagined it was very close to the right way. There is a sharp edge at the opening but that didn't cause me any grief at all. Once I got the skin started through the opening I just started gently pulling it into the slot and everything followed very easily. The last inch or so had to be worked in just a bit but once everything was in sliding the ring around a bit further to insert the locking pin was very easy. All in all it less than 5 minutes for me to get it on. I did manage to get it on with the weight in front but that is fine. I will try to get the weight behind next time after I take it off. However another reviewer did mention that with the weight behind it hits the legs when moving around so I will take that under advisement. So far it is very comfortable on but I have noticed evidence that blood flow is being restricted but no issues with that yet. I did not notice any issues with roughness at all and the locking pin is held tightly by spring pressure and was moderately difficult to get out to put the ring on but putting the pin back in was easy using the rounded side to open up the end after which the pin slid right in. I can feel that the pin is held very firmly and it does take some pressure on it to get it to move. Overall it appears to be a very good design and I will probably order at least one more.

Interesting design, looked promising, but underdelivers
This thing looked really promising! I like the idea of using the scrotum to wrap around the weight and it looked like it would be a good, secure option. However, like others have stated, this has some sharp edges. They're not dangerously sharp, but uncomfortable. With a little lotion, it was fine to put on. The real issue is how it sits on you. It hangs funny because of how the weight is distributed. When you put the weight towards your body, it hangs really low in the back. When the weight is in front, it looks stupid and still hangs weird. Overall, I really dislike this weight. The design is unique and seems like a good idea at first, but in reality it's just not as effective as the traditional cylindrical design. One star because of the sharp edges, being visually unappealing, and now me being stuck with it.

Locking mechanism fail
Unique feel and really makes your package bulge. Takes some putting on, but quite comfortable once on. My only problem was the locking piece was so tight, I could barely get it off. And I haven't been able to get it back on, even when not wearing it.

Comfortable enough for long-term wear
The product fits nicely and is more comfortable than you would expect, given the way it looks. I tried wearing it with the open crescent in the front and the back, as I was unsure which way it should be worn. Crescent in the back was most comfortable for me. If you, like me, have a tendency to have an overly-active cremaster muscle, there will definitely be some discomfort as retraction occurs. After several wearing sessions and removal, this has become less uncomfortable and I imagine it will continue to lessen the discomfort. Negative point, the opening of the device is sharp. I haven't been cut, but the potential is there if you aren't careful. It is sometimes painful to put on because the edge of the opening and opening corners aren't rounded. It becomes especially painful to remove if you are doing so because of retraction discomfort, as the skin is pulled up tight, so it scrapes against you as you try to roll out. Gets easier with experience, but still seems like an oversight or QC issue

Better than expected
I've looked at this for a while now, finally decided to get it. Love the weight, feels great, once you finally get it on, which is a bit tricky The little ball stop piece was and still is extremely difficult to get out and put back in place. A bit of lube around your boys helps a lot. Just have to give them a slight tug and slide the ring around until it's in place, then replace that difficult ball piece. Pleasantly surprised on how it feels so far, not overly tight, but tight enough to keep everything in place and pushed out in my case. My package looks much bigger now in swimwear and my thongs, with an added glans ring the weight pulls everything down like you have a big heavy package!

Like high-grit sandpaper
The design of the thing is great, it fits well and stays on fine. The construction though, leaves much to be desired. Did anyone test this thing? I could tell just by looking at it that it wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. The outside is perfectly smooth and polished, but the inside part that actually touches your skin is rough and unfinished. The inner edges are too sharp for long term wear and you'll give yourself a rash putting in on and off too often.

Definitely worth the money and better than the donut type I had before
Was hesitant to purchase this given the other reviews about the inside being sharp or the magnetic cylinder not fitting properly but bought it anyway. Got it in 2 days which was sweet. The inside was nice and smooth and well finished. The magnetic cylinder fits nice and snug. It is comfortable and relatively easy to put in but would definitely suggest using a bit of lube to make it easier. I purchased this because I had previously purchased a donut testicle stretcher. I had measured the necessary internal diameter but it was uncomfortable. I couldn’t go any smaller of an internal diameter without not being able to put it on which resulted in the boys being able to slowly slip out and uncomfortably so. With this one though, I have been able to comfortably wear it all day and go on walks without any discomfort or risk of anything slipping out of place. Would definitely recommend.

I had high hopes, but this isn't the weight for me
When I first saw this design, I thought it sounded great -- no measuring, and trying to buy the right size, it would just work. Then I saw reviews that said the edges weren't smoothed; it was too sharp and hurting some people. I came back a few months later, and saw that issue had been taken care of, with the photo proof behind it. Well, that wasn't the only flaw. My biggest design issues with this: 1. The ~210 degree angle design isn't the best they could come up with. Here's your money-making redesign idea, for anyone wanting to steal it: put the removable piece in the center of two "wings", so you can slide one boy in on one side, and the other boy in on the other side. Trying to get the first one all the way around is not easy. 2. While the edges are now smooth, this thing was sand-forged, and the inside edges are not finished. That means they're rough, like sand paper, and they will cause chafing, quickly. 3. mine was either bent at some point before I received it (dropped in the factory? shipping?), or maybe it wasn't cooled appropriately and warped, but it doesn't close nearly as nicely as the one pictured, with the removable cylinder only going into one of the divots designed to hold it. That warp/bend also means its even harder to get the boys through the first part. Now, a second issue I've got with this, is more a personal concern. My boys don't hang very low, which is why I've been looking at weights, because I'd like to be a bit looser, and slap around a bit when I'm getting busy. Even though this doesn't have much height to it, I can't seem to get it on. Maybe its my tightness, maybe its the bend/warp, maybe its the rough inside texture, maybe its the thickness of my inner connected tissues, or most likely a combination of those, but this is nearly impossible to get on, I've got to be at my very loosest to begin with, and then I can't wear it more than a few minutes before the chafing gets too bad. To me, this is awful. I'm glad some people are enjoying it, but my experience with this sucks. Ah well, I guess I've got an odd paper-weight. No one will ever guess what it was really meant for. I'll just say its an artistic paperweight.
