Q: Is the mint there for flavor or is it more like menthol giving a cool feeling on your lips?

very light mint flavor. It is very pleasant and subtle cooling effect on applied areas. It is hard to find mint flavor in stores, but i do like it much better then other flavors available.

Q: I understood that these are very good..But, Are these tinted? If yes, how deep or light is the color

No they are not tinted with coloring. So while it may appear to have slight coloring while in the tube, once applied it's clear. My hubby uses this and wouldn't be caught dead with tinting on his lips. hehehe Hope this helps.

Q: Will these melt in transit in 90°F weather? Will seller guarentee they won't?

If they don’t sit long in the 90 degrees they should be okay. I will say I have one in my car and it sat all day in 90 and it did melt.
