There is no actual "chocolate" listed on the label. I am very sensitive to caffeine and have never noticed any untoward effects. To make sure, you could call Andes Candies of Delavan, Wisconsin. Sorry, the number isn't on the box. Enjoy!

Doubt that they contain wheat, barley, or rye, so would think not?
