I used some reality terrible led grow lights that had minimal output. It caused my $200 of seedlings to struggle & become severely leggy. I was so desperate for a good grow light & didn’t trust the big box stores and their cheap garbage lights that got me into that mess in the first place.There was a difference in my plants & germination rates immediately within a couple days. I repotted my leggy seedlings & they are happy & thriving.This light is very bright with multiple settings. The blue & white spectrum (VEG) works great for the seedlings. This has a built in fan, so it doesn’t get hot like some of my other grow lights.I really dig this light & will buy more when my other ones burn out.I recommend!

LED grow lights have come a long way in the last five years, and this light is a perfect example. I don't know how long it's going to last, but for the price this is an impressive fixture. It is suitable for a small grow in a spare bathroom, closet, or tent. With both switches on, the light spectrum is quite full and produces excellent coverage. Like all grow lights, the intensity is high, generating a fair amount of heat, so good ventilation is essential. I really like the hanging system. It is easy to use and effective. I opted for the "3000 watt" version, but it does not produce the equivalent of a 3000w MH light. I would say it's closer to a 1000w output, maybe a little more. Either way, the price is great for such a work horse.

I got this light because it was on sale and then bought another because it was on sale again. Excellent light! My basil plants grew like crazy after I had bought this light, same with my pepper plants. My previous grow light was not doing nearly this good. Truly impressed.

This light is powerful and sleek. It hangs perfectly in my little home grow closet (on the hanger bar) and has two light settings for veg and bloom. My home growers know what thats for. Also easily attaches to any light timer, just make sure its 3 prong. I purchased a second light thats on the way for a bit more wattage for the larger number of plants I'm trying to grow. Seeds are still germinating but I have a great feeling about this light! Also DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! It comes with. free 3 year warranty if you email the address listed in the guidebook! Save that money!

It's perfect size & it has different light settings for growing & flowering it's a match made in heaven...am buying more. Super bright the heat produce is very very low ...& The driver she was amazing.😁..... thanks 🙏

I don't usually write reviews, but since there are just so many questions, and so much uncertainty, in the world of LED grow lights, I felt it was worth taking a moment to jot down a few notes.Let me preface it by saying that I do like the product. It seems well built and bright and I don't have any regrets. I actually may buy a few more.That said, I want to talk about the whole crazy concept of wattage, equivalent wattage, and coverage area. This light is billed as being "2000 Watts." What does that really mean? Well, if you asked the company…any LED company, they would say that it means that this light delivers the equivalent lumens of 2000 Watts of HPS or MH lamp. In reality, it's nowhere even remotely close to that. I happen to have a light meter, so I'm not speaking from conjecture, but from actual data. In my 4 x 8 grow room, I have on the left side, an existing 1000W MH lamp, in a Big Kahuna hood. It's currently set up 36 inches from the floor. On the right side, I have my new Bestiva "2000W" light. The plants were outside enjoying some natural sunlight today, and it was just so easy to pop my light meter in and take some measurements. With the light meter on the floor, directly underneath each light, the Bestiva "2000W light" delivered about 20% less light than the 1000W MH lamp.So obviously anyone can call anything what they want, but that's the actual data, in a side to side comparison.Now, others have asked about coverage area, and again, that's always a matter of opinion. I mean if you put it high enough, this lamp will light a 20 x 20 room. It won't light it enough to grow anything, but yes, it will light that space. In terms of real coverage area, the question was raised as to whether it will provide enough light to grow in a 4 x 8 area. The answer is that if the standard you are looking for is that of two 300 - 500W hoods, then yes. That said, I don't believe that's what people actually think they're getting. Because of the 2000W claim, people think they can replace two 1000W hoods, with this one "2000W" LED, and it will provide the same light and cover an entire 4 x 8 space. It just won't do that, so if that's what you want, definitely don't buy this. On the other hand, if you're looking to cut down heat and electric bills, and you don't mind buying two of these, they will nicely do that 4 x 8 space, with just a little less light than your two 1000W MH lights. I think that's a decent trade off, and that's why even though the claims of wattage and coverage area aren't correct, the product itself is a good one and a good value.Hope that helps you all out. So far, tremendous results. Using 4 for a 10' x 7' room, should maybe run 6 of them for that area, but things are looking up! Easy on the power consumption, the girls seem to love it. Packaging was first rate, shipping to Canada was very fast. I highly recommend this seller as well as the product.One year later: I did away with my home-built 7x10 enclosure and set these up in an 8x8 tent. Now 4 of them will not cover the whole footprint, but I want space for filter, fans etc. I would suggest 6 of these for a space that size instead. Results have been very good indeed, with lush foliage and tight internodal spacing. I harvested some very large flowers, but of course proper nutrition and ventilation are the other pieces of the puzzle. Have tried a side-by-side comparison with more expensive lights, 10w LED as well as 1000W COB (200W chips), and if anything, these are superior. I will be purchasing more for separate veg tent ((keep at least 3 feet over cuttings or may burn). Hydro bill barely registers a difference running all of them, so, easy on the wallet (not sure of actual consumption per light). I have no regrets about this purchase and will be back. Customer service is first-rate as well. AAA+++

This light works great! It doesnt suck up too much power or run too hot (you will need an exhaust fan in a small grow area though of course)My plant loved this light and it gave me some very good yields and quality bud.Had some small hardware issues but customer service was very helpful and they were able to quickly offer a solution to fix the problem.Cant go wrong (especially for the price) with your Bestva light.
