Battery works well and I was able to change it no problem The tool that comes with it that is supposed to pry the outside casing off is kindof weak so it bent a little bit but I was still able to open it up I've had my speaker for quite a long time and my battery was not expanded and was easy to get out Overall great little battery to keep my speaker going

Although they forgot to send the tools seen in the picture, I managed to replace the battery. Removing the cover with the tool, is very difficult...you need something that won't damage the body, yet is thin enough to remove the speaker cover. The hard part is pulling out the old battery, because it expands over time and is in tight. But if you have needle nose pliers, it can be removed with a little bit of strength. So far I am happy with the battery.
