The DR5033 is a 3-Ampere, H-bridge DCC booster with multiple connectivity options for all available digital con-trol units. The DR5033 has a number of unique features. The booster can autonomously reverse the polarity (phase rotation) of its output if a connection error is detected on the rail that would otherwise cause a short circuit. The booster can be connected to different systems. The DR5033 has CDE (Lenz), B-BUS (Roco), L.NET-T (Intellibox) and Railsniffer (PIKO Digi1, EcOS etc.) inputs. The booster can be configured extremely flexibly to suit your situation using L.NET LNCV programming. When connected to L.NET, the DR5033 can optionally be switched on and off by the STOP-GO buttons on the control unit or via a (configurable) switching address. The booster then reports its status to the control unit via L.NET and the load (0-100%) and the temperature of the H-bridge can be read out in degrees C via LNCV. When con-nected to L.NET, the DR5033 can monitor a configurable switching address, which can be used to reverse the polarity of the booster. Furthermore, the booster can monitor 2x2 configurable feedback addresses (2x reverse polarity on, 2x reverse polarity off) which enables a short-circuit-free reverse loop circuit to be made. Unit was faulty on arrival
I was reasonably happy with the Digikeijs DR5000 DCC command station on my little test layout so I figured I would try their booster too.It would power up then all the LEDs would start flashing. Acted very erratic - sometimes it'd actually work properly for a minute or two. I'm sure this would have been a great product, but unfortunately, I never got to experience that.After troubleshooting with Digikeijs support, it was determined the booster was bad. I sent it back late June '20, using the address they gave me, and I didn't hear anything for months. Due to COVID19, I expected it to be months, but not more than a few months . I opened a new support case to inquire and the response was they never received it though they also have moved. OK, fine, I'm not upset at this, but it means the RMA process is null now for me since it is likely 'lost in transit'.I'm not going to fault Digikeijs entirely on this, but it has changed my perception to prioritize manufacturers that have repair facilities in North America.My point - like other electronics, stuff breaks. I'm sticking to Digitrax, NCE, TCS, etc because they have USA based warranty repair.

Collegato alla porta CDE della mia ESU Ecos, non da segni di vita. Funziona solo collegandolo alle rotaie direttamente, a parte questo è ok
