Will not work with voice calls on P20 Pro
It's not a bad product, but if you are looking to replace this adapter for the p20 pro this is NOT the one for you. The adapter is great quality, sturdy, and works well with audio, but it will not work for voice calls on the Huawei P20 Pro. It's nothing but silence. I returned it and ordered a genuine Huawei replacement on ebay, and it works as it's supposed to with audio and voice calls.

Works but keeps slipping out of my phone's jack while using it
Works for my phone which doesn't have a phone jack but it keeps falling out so I have to sit still when I'm on a call or listening to music and keep pushing it back in... can't walk around or move while I have it plugged in.

great product!
I'm very happy with this purchase. Works perfectly with my Google Pixel. I purchased a few cheap ones but none of them paired with my phone, this one did! It must have great techniques and is definitely more than those cheaply made ones that can be paired for some particular phones. Miminum free shipping requirement for the Google official adapter is too high for an adapter. Thank you the company for making this adapter, it saved my life!

Works fine - when it works
Bought this as a backup to the adapter that came with my Moto Z3. When it's working, the sound quality is good. However, I assume the internal connections are poor, because if I bump the connector while audio is playing, it will stop (as it does when you disconnect the headphones). It also stops on its own sometimes, with no bumps. Whenever it does either of these, I have to unplug it, reconnect it, then restart the audio. Not a product I'd recommend.

Probably wouldn't buy again
Doesn't work for all 3.5mm headphone jacks. Sound quality decent but some annoying static at times.

Poor quality internals. Do not buy.
I serviced headsets in the Air Force, and I can tell you that the internal connections on this product are extremely poor quality. Any bump to or contact with the USB-C half of the adapter causes the signal to cut out, rendering the device completely useless. Using this on a Google Pixel 2 XL, have tried on a first generation Pixel and Pixel XL. I also compared against the original adapter that came with the device, so I can confirm this is not an issue with the device port.Buy a different product, plain and simple.

good buy
It is a little bit bigger than I excepted, but it works on my phone. I bought it for almost one month, no issues and broken. it is worth than some cheaper one I bought before. It does not have smelly!
