Great cordless robot!
Great cordless robot.Initially, we were skeptical that it wasn’t going to live up to the hype. We have a 20x40 pool with a 9ft deep end. It took the robot about a week to really learn the layout of the pool and begin cleaning efficiently. However, it seems each clean is better and more efficient as it’s continuing to learn the pool space and parameters. highly recommend!

Works like a champ!
Having first tried a lower quality robotic pool vacuum (spoiler: I wasn't very impressed), I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. However, I'm super impressed with how well this one works!Using it is a simple as turning it on and dropping it in the pool. You can also connect the app if you want to change the cleaning style and settings. With what are essentially tiny bulldozer tracks on the bottom, it simply drives itself across the bottom of the pool, cleaning as it goes. I'm blown away by how well it cleans and how much stuff it picks up. Even small pool toys got sucked up and ended up in the hopper. Once it's finished, we just fish it out of the pool with the included hook and plug it into the charger. Also, I appreciate that the charger has a plug that's different from all of our other electronics; that helps keep it from getting mixed up with other stuff.I haven't watched it enough to understand how the "AI" cleaning part of things works. I suppose it's adding some direction as this thing drives around the bottom of the pool. However, I can say that once it's finished running the bottom of our pool is completely clean. Our pool is actually an 18 ft round soft-sided pool. It has a soft liner, and the bottom is even a little bumpy since there is sand underneath. None of this has caused even the slightest issue for this vacuum.Gone are the days of using a a pool vacuum with a pole and hose attached. Just charge this thing up and drop it in your pool; you'll be glad you did!

Doesn’t work. Don’t buy it.
The media could not be loaded. The product never worked as advertised. The Ai camera doesn’t work, in fact it seems to avoid the dirty areas and clean everywhere else. Now it has disconnected from my phone and will not reconnect, so I can’t even select modes or program it. I’m trying to work with customer service but am still waiting for a response after telling them I’ve tried everything to get it to work that they recommended and provided my Amazon order number.I’m hoping they follow through with their warranty but so far nothing.

Doesn't know when to stop
Runs longer than necessary with no way to abort/end the selected program. A time to run option would be great.

This could be the one
As a reviewer with an inground pool, I have had the chance to try multiple battery operated pool robots over the last few years. My reviews have always concluded battery operated cleaners are just not up to the job...yet. This model, however, may be the first one I've tried that is as good as a corded pool robot. I have used it about 6 times over the last 2 weeks to make sure I know what it can do, and I am satisfied. It cleans the pool as good as my Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus, and I finally get rid of the cord laying around the pool all the time.Mostly I used the normal setting that cleans floor, wall and waterline. This is the first cleaner I've used that, when it climbs up to the top, will reposition itself so that it is level with the edge, meaning it does not start crawling sideways along the waterline. It stays in one spot, allowing itself to dedicate a few brush spins to actually try to clean the gook off the waterline. As far as the intelligence features, I can see it following patterns, trying to methodically clean the entire pool, but it's not perfect. Sometimes, especially navigating the corners, it misses a row width wider than the machine, but I think over the 2+ hours it will be cleaning it eventually covers everything. One feature that works amazing well is the Dirt Hunting feature that uses its camera. There's a spot in my pool where the water currents are such that debris always accumulates there. The first thing this does is go directly to that spot, then I can see it is actually aiming itself at other accumulations of debris.A couple of things to know; 1, the app only works when the machine is out of the water (bluetooth doesn't penetrate water), so don't expect it to work when the machine is in the pool. You use the app to program the machine (there's no other way). 2, It takes about 2 minutes after it floats to the pool bottom to start working. So, you turn it on when out of the water, program it, set it in the water to sink to the bottom, then wait a couple of minutes. It has consistently parked itself near the edge when done cleaning. The regular basket does a good job. There is also an additional fine filter that is supposed to be used only using a floor-only cleaning mode. I think that does a good job; I can see green algae collected, too. I have not had a problem with it doing wheelies, but sometimes it does take a while before all the air bubble get expelled (they include foam pieces to install to make it lighter, but these should only be applied if the machine has trouble climbing a steep pool bottom. I don't need them)That is all for now. I will update later, if needed, after I use it more. But, so far, this is the first battery powered pool robot I have used that matches high end, corded models.
