Not ideal. It does not deliver on what it promises
It does not perform as promised. While it claims to keep hot liquids warm for up to 12 hours, in reality it does not last beyond 3 hours. Drinking directly from it is convenient, however pouring into a mug or cup often results in spilling.

Lid leaving the taste
The coffee is getting the taste of the lid. Hence cannot drink coffee in this flask. But the spill free technique is very good.

Lid- u need to clean it occasionally. Its a bit troublesome but its something u need to do as this will impact the taste of your coffee or tea. Once u opened the lid, you can see the milk residue stuck to internal lid mechanism, a bit gross. If u dont clean it, You probably drink a new coffee or tea with yesterday, or day before residue. Heat retention coffee or tea , a few hours. Plain hot water, longer heat retention. reef color is nice
