I got these earbuds mainly for outdoor use, and they work great. They are easy to charge and hold a charge all day. They are very comfortable to wear; I sometimes forget I have them on. There are 3 sizes of ear tips, and the small fit my ears perfectly. Both the noise cancelling and ambient sound functions perform as needed. The app is very helpful so I recommend downloading it. I especially like the test feature to let me know when my ear tips were fitted and sealed properly. The price was also very reasonable.

After I went through a learning curve of how to get them to integrate with my iPhone I was more pleased with them. I do miss the ability to speak commands and have the ear buds do what I say. I typically am using them only with my Apple Watch and skipping songs, adjusting the volume on my favorite songs and asking the ear buds to play a particular song or artist is a feature I miss from my AirPods. The sound quality and volume is good and they are fairly comfortable to wear. I’ve always enjoyed JBL products.

Amazing sound & quality. It takes a bit to get the size a position adjusted for those with smaller ears to prevent them falling out. Thankfully, these come with multiple.

Work great, easy to use and sound good

This product is very poorly designed. The white case scuffs and takes paint off anything else around it, so after a week it's all smudged and disgusting looking after being in a pocket with anything else.Could I look past that? I guess.But the headphones don't work well. The earbuds refuse to go to sleep even when placed back into the case. When using a single earbud, the case and other earbud makes an insanely high pitched whistle. I had to install the JBL app and turn off ambient sound, which I never turned on myself. Then, the next day, by itself, it turned it back on by itself and started making a high pitched whistle again! More than 50% of the time when you pull an earbud out of the case to use it, it does nothing. You have to put it back into the case over and over to "wake it up". I had the tune buds, and this product is a massive downgrade. I can't even return it because the case is so insanely scuffed by being in a pocket with chapstick. I am no longer a JBL customer. This product is going into the garbage where it belongs.

Great value. Super easy to set up, and they seamlessly connected to my devices.

a) Arrived well packages and complete. b) Includes buds, 3 sizes of tips , charging case. charging cable, and instructions. c) My first ding was there is no carrying pouch for these so you can keep the tips, the charging cord, and the case / buds together. d) You really need to use the app to get these to work, and the sound is great after you tweak them a bit in the app. Sound canceling also appears to work great. Duration of charge has lasted 4+ hours ( that is as long as I have used them in one sitting, they might go a lot longer, e) The other ding , and it's a big one' is the design. It is very difficult to get these seated properly , at least in my ears. I have to say I felt like I was trying stick a pair of dice into my ears. I did get them in , but are prone to popping out with little movement. One of these fell out of my ear while on a flight and fortunately I found it ....3 rows back.... if I hadn't , it would have made the entire setup useless... c'mon JBL, you can do better!
