My son was so excited to get this. The only downside is the bullets are very easy to loose track of. But for the price it’s a wonderful toy. I highly recommend. I had fun with it to.

Cheap garbage. Bought as a funny joke but neither work good, you get maybe 1 out of 10 shots to actually work. From constantly jamming before entering the barrel to the foam bullet never coming out of said barrel after you physically put each individual bullet into barrel to constantly jamming on ejection.

This is a manual spring pistol - you prime before firing each bullet. It is cheaper than getting an airsoft revolver or pistol which does shell ejection, but you still get the feeling. The bullet ejection is not always smooth unless you pull it fast. Likewise, the slower you prime the receiver, the more likely it will jam. Comes with one magazine (fits 8 bullets), 16 shells that house darts, and about 20 red tipped darts that shoot decently well depending on how you put them into the casing. Bullets are about the size of a .22 cal bullet but significantly smaller, plastic-tipped with foam backs, and not as painful as a .22 cal. They don't fire far and can be a pain to shoot consistently unless you modify the shell casings for tighter fits. Make sure the projectiles fit snugly around the shell, and be aware they are a pain to load each round into the shell before loading into magazine and firing. Max range? 15 ft, assuming a parabolic curve to the shot? There is no safety switch on the side of the pistol, the slide is hard for kids under 11 to activate, and it is bulkier than the real m1911 is seems to be modeled after, and also bulkier than most airsoft pistols. But for a cheap toy, it is fine. The look is pleasing enough. Do not bring to airsoft fights, though. You will lose your ammo and your shells.

Used it for a indoor shooting range for a party and everyone loved it, it was very realistic in all ways like loading it and cocking a gun and the shells popping out and the accuracy of the shooting and distance is not bad for the price. It does get jammed but super easy to fix.

My son got the Mr Beast version of the Nerf Mythic from his mother for Christmas. When he came back to my house he showed me and I quietly ordered two more guns (a regular Nerf Mythic and an M4A1). They were fun but they run out of ammo too quickly, especially the Mr Beast one (pathetic capacity). While looking for spare ammo cans for those I found this gun for less than those ammo cans, so I ordered it on a whim. IT'S OUR BEST GUN BY FAR! Best loading system, easy to reload, easy to find cheap spare bottles, there's a 3D printable water bottle adapter we are making great use of, it shoots the farthest, and it's the most compact! If you haven't bought any yet, don't waste any more time. Just pick one of these colors and some spare ammo (it's SO cheap and actually good for your lawn and flower beds), and HAVE FUN!!

The gun shoots but does not eject the cartridge. You have to manually cock the gun before every shot. Now I bought 5 of them 4 red and black and 1 natural looking gun. 2 reds came with different instructions and some times works as a normal firearm. While 2 reds and the natural have the same instructions and does not work correctly. Bought all 5 on the same day are different and do not work as advertised.

fun to mess with and vary cheap but I would be ok paying a little more for higher quality, but for the price its grate
