Very good. You don't get lots of it, but it's good quality, goes a long way, is definitely chilli, and isn't burnt like some brands occasionally offer in larger jars to get rid of on Amazon.This is the one you want, because it has some complexity to the flavour so you can even use it to make something simple a bit more exotic. It's versatile and very tasty. Try a drop with sardines on toast or an omelette, as well as with your favourite Thai dish.
