These are exactly what they look like in the listing. My wife put these into a big flower pot outside of our window which didn't have any plant in it at the time. We initially thought that they weren't getting enough sunlight because only one of them would turn on at sunset but then I was able to realize that she actually forgot to switch the rest of them to on. I'm not sure how long the lights stay on at night, but well past midnight when I typically go to sleep. They're a warm white, or orangish color that looks quite classy. They're simple and elegant. Really fun idea if you've got a place to put them. I'd be happy using them in either the front yard or the back yard.
