The techniques WORK!
I'm so grateful to have this little book. A chronic insomniac, the quest for sleep is prominent in my mind. I'm familiar with acupressure and Tapping (as in EFT), but until now I'd not found anything that helped me sleep. I've tried two of these techniques, and they definitely helped me. This book is a godsend.
