Is red light therapy safe?

Yes! Unlike ultraviolet light (e.g, sunlight, tanning beds), red light therapy is extraordinarily safe. It is non-ionizing and non-invasive, with little to no risk of negative side effects.

What is the expected time before results can be seen?

For most areas like the knees, shoulders and back, results take 2 weeks on average with daily consistent use of the device. For areas with less tissue (ankles, wrists, hands, feet) may require consistent usage of 3-4 weeks before results are seen.

What's important to remember?

The key is consistency. We recommend using the device daily for 10 - 15 minutes (max twice per day), for a minimum of 30 days.

I don't feel any heat or warmth. Is this normal?

Yes this is expected! The Move+ uses Near Infrared light, which generates very little heat compared to Far Infrared Light.

Can the device be used over clothing?

The device can be used over clothing, as the lasers and infrared light are able to penetrate this. However, it is more optimal to use directly on the skin, as you then get the extra benefits of the red light at skin level.
