I purchased a HS720. When I received it I was very excited to fly it. I had purchased a drone from another company, that I had for my first one. I thought that was the bomb. After flying that for about 2 weeks I realized I needed a better quality drone to play with. I didn’t want to spend a fortune, I got online and did some research and for what I wanted to spend this was one of the top choices. Being new I had no idea good or bad so I went with it. Glad I did very easy to fly GREAT PICS have not made any videos yet but I will. I did have some problems on first take off and trying to land it, but I figured it out, still had plastic on lenses, guess I needed to read directions better. Then I received an email from your company advising me not to forget to do that, I had to kinda laugh at myself. That was another thing I thought was great, I have received a couple emails thanking me for my purchase and tips. That is the kind of service after the sale I like. I have not owned it very long but sure hope the customer service is there always when needed. That brings me to another point I have, being it’s so new I fly a lot, but with only 1 battery I’m limited to one flight per day pretty much. Again I reference my first drone, it said the flight time was 15 min, I was lucky to get 8-9 minutes. Your drone says flight time is 26 minutes I flew it the first night for almost 25 min before I looked about empty. That is a very good selling feature also. ( flight time is actually what the box says). My brother wants a drone also but has to wait till Christmas his wife says, he came over and seen mine, flew it and fell in love, I think I have him sold on this one. Looking to purchase another battery but I cannot find it on your web site. The drone looks and feels like the expensive ones, I have never owned an expensive one but I cannot see how much better they could be next to this one. Love the looks, the little case is a great addition, my previous sat on bench, this one I can keep contained, very nice quality in my book. When I received my first HS720 and was a little disappointed when I opened the Amazon box. The HS720 package was damaged. I removed it from the Amazon box and found the box was opened. I was getting more upset the further into the unboxing I went. Sure enough, the drone had damage as well. And it looked as if it had been flown and wrecked. I boxed it back up and requested a replacement from Amazon. My replacement arrived yesterday. Unboxing went well. No damage at all. It was in perfect condition. I charged up the battery and started reading. Once the battery was full I went outside and followed the pairing and initialization process. It was very quick and straight forward. Struggled a bit to use my phone with the remote. The holder would not grip my phone with the case on it. I ended up putting an older phone with no case in the holder and that worked. Since that phone isn't active I was not able to use the GPS functions. Once you connect to the drone you cannot use your home wifi... I think I'll get a Tracfone SIM to be able to use data while I fly. Operating the drone was straight up easy. I need to get more familiar with all the new controls. I had the drone up and over the yard and house. The flight was very stable and I got my first in-flight video. The picture quality was ok. I found an old memory card and put it in. I'll use that to capture video and photos. I think having to transmit and record to the phone impacts quality. flew for about 20 minutes and got the first low battery notice. I pressed the Return to Home button and it flew to the spot I took off from. The photos I included were from the first drone and it’s unboxing. The last one with my EarPods is the new one. Overall I am very pleased with the HS720! Now I need a spare battery! Update 1/15/2020 Picked up a Tracfone SIM and activated my old phone ... I am having some difficulties with the APP and the drone. It appears there are some known bugs with Samsung Android phones. I will try moving the SIM card from the Samsung to an old iPhone 5 and see if that works better. I was having a heck of a time trying to get a video to save to the memory card. Apparently there is memory card size limitation of 32GB. No videos would save to my 128GB Samsung SD card. I ordered a 32GB card. Will try that to capture videos. I could store photos and download them with no issue. Flight time yesterday was around 20 minutes. It was a little breezy and i noticed the flight was not as steady as it had been on earlier flights on calmer days. I was still able to fly around the yard and maneuver easily. I was a little hesitant to go up over the house without the APP working correctly on my Samsung.

Nice drone with average camera.flying time is satisfying especially for beginners. 2 batteries are the bonus. Price is almost similar to DJI.So if u can afford some, go for dji.

This drone is not what I expected. When uploading images/videos onto phone they’re not 4K resolution at all. The Camera is not fixed and therefore will wobble during flying. This will result in terrible image quality. The GPS signal is absolutely terrible and barely worked. I wouldn’t recommend!!!

Great little drone, only used it at home, bought it for beach fishing and have yet to try it due to weather conditions, will do another review when used at beach

Bought a Holy Stone HS 720 drone in July. Great buy, however a little over a week ago the camera tilt control stopped working so couldn't rotate the camera up and down. Contacted Holy Stone via their What's App customer service. Got immediate replies, after explaining the problem and sending a short video to show the issue HS agreed to send me a new drone at no cost and no fuss. Arrived in under a week. What fantastic service. Would highly recommend HS and their products

Absolutely love it, takes great photos and is very easy to use.
