Q: How is the fit and finish on these knives? Is the blade centered? How is the quality control?

Considering the low price, I would say that fit/finish is excellent. No defects in materials or build quality at all in my large serrated tanto example. Blade is not *perfectly* centered, but it is certainly functionally centered. I would estimate that the blade tip is less than 0.25mm off. Which isn't much at all.

Q: Do these have blades that are centered in the handle perfectly when closed? Did the one you bought have a centered blade?

Yes mine looks very centered to the eye, didn’t breakout the micrometer.
