Some tasty stuff!
I’ve been looking for a fish or seafood seasoning that is similar to McCormicks seafood grill shaker seasoning. That product has been discontinued. Reading the ingredients this was pretty similar. Once it got here, and I tasted it, it was not as similar as I had hoped. However, it’s really good. It’s fairly citrusy, a little peppery, a bit savory. I used it the other night to pan sear some scallops with brown butter and this seasoning. They were really good. We have a lot of spices. When this gets used up, which I think it will before a lot of our other spices, I will order it again. That’s saying something.
