I’ve been using this wireless TENS unit for a few weeks now and it’s a game-changer. The app control makes it super convenient to customize my therapy sessions. I’m 48 years old and I’ve been training mixed martial arts for 25 years, I have tons of injuries and just had to have two discs fused in my neck and a metal plate put in. I’m 3 1/2 months out and this tens unit replaced all of the wired ones I have and is a ton more convenient than any of those. I see people complaining about the app that is used to control it and I am dumbfounded as to how that is. As soon as you unplug the unit it begins to beep because it wants to connect to the app. As you open the app and agree to the user Agreement it will connect immediately and open to the interface of the pictures I showed above. When the time is done and it disconnects from the app. It immediately begins beeping to let you know to turn the actual unit itself off. Very good TENS unit for mild/moderate muscle strain and tension. Unit works well with quite a good variety of programming options. Battery life excellent, more than 20+ hrs of use per charge so far. Unit is compact and slim, easy to fit in a pocket. Super compact, long battery life, and great carrying case. Been using it to rehab some internal scaring on my quad and seems to work great. The modalities can be a bit confusing, but if you consult with a Physio or Athletic Therapist they should be able to help you sort it out. Would recommend for home use. I got this specifically to avoid cords and going through single use pads. Out of the about 8x ive used it ive only had to wash the gel pad twice. The remote has a screen which I love and the intensity settings are amazing. This is insanely convenient for using at work and holds up to my walking, bending, and stooping. The charge lasted quite a bit and ive only had to recharge once. This is one of my favorite pain relief methods after years of pills and patches. multiple modes and intensities to choose from. It has a long lasting rechargeable battery that can be used several times between charges. The included pads can be reused several times. It is easy and convenient to use at home or at work. I have a wired TENS unit that I have used in the past. This wireless unit is so much more convenient to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from joint or nerve pain. I have used it on my back, shoulder and knee.

I was dealing with some sore muscles after work and figured I would try one of those little gadgets that zap the pain away. This one sticks right on your skin and connects to your phone through an app. It has a bunch of modes – like 18 of them – and most feel like tiny pulses or tapping. Some are kind of weird at first, but after a while it actually helped my shoulders feel less tight. The wireless part is nice cause you do not have to mess with a bunch of cords. Just slap it on, pick a mode, and let it do its thing while you chill. The app is pretty easy to use, and it lets you adjust the strength so you are not accidentally shocking yourself like a cartoon. Battery lasts a while too, which is good if you forget to charge stuff like I do. Only thing is the sticky pads can lose grip after a few uses, especially if you are sweaty or moving around a lot. Also, some modes feel kinda the same, so I do not really use all 18 – just a few favorites. Would have been cool if it came with extra pads, but no big deal. If you are looking for a simple way to deal with muscle aches without popping pills, this thing is not bad. Not magic, but it helps take the edge off after a long day. Just do not expect it to turn you into a pro athlete overnight – it is more like a pocket-sized massage with a little zap.

Worked as expected. They were easy to put on and use. The pads have just enough sticky so it isn’t an issue using them over and over.

Here’s a concise bad review you can use: Very Disappointed The TENS machine itself is okay, but the sticking pads are terrible. They barely last two uses before losing adhesion and becoming useless. For the price, I expected much better quality. Having to replace pads right away defeats the purpose of buying this machine. Would not recommend.

Update 8/2025: Great customer service. Company just reached out and sending replacement pad and pad holders. Just received this. Took it out of the box and charged it. Took a while to setup the app since it wouldn’t recognize the device. When I went to use it the FIRST TIME the adhesive came completely off on the protective film and I had to scrape it off and spread back on the pads! Not cool for a $100 device! I used it for the first time with some pain under the pad, probably from missing adhesive. I tried this on my lower back (nerve pain) and on my upper back (muscle pain) and it didn’t do anything to help the pain in either place. Not sure I’ll keep this since the pads don’t seem like they will last and they are device specific, not generic pads. Also it didn’t include any type of gel pad storage which it lists in the instruction book. Also did not help with pain! Not sure why this was so well rated. Not worth the price! UPDATE: Company reached out about problems with unit, sent new pads to try and storage device which was not included in original package. Have not had opportunity to try unit again but better review/updated because of customer service!

I had a TENS unit previously that I owned for years and loved but it broke recently. I wanted a wireless one I could wear at work. This device would be perfect except it doesn’t seem the have the ability to do just continuous stimulation. It makes you choose a pattern. That’s not what I want at all. So that’s a big bummer. The pads also aren’t very sticky. It’s probably great for someone but I’m not super happy because the one thing I wanted from it, it doesn’t do. So feels a little bit like a waste of money, but something is better than nothing I guess. Update: the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund, and also additional pads. I thought this was really sweet and deserved another star. They didn’t ask me to change my review, I’m doing this because I think customer service is really important to my overall opinion of a product.

I love this tens unit device. The fact that it is wireless makes it so much easier to work with. I have purchased other tens devices that have wires and they get completely tangled. I love all the settings on this. There are so many different ones to choose from, and I also love the fact that you can customize one attachment differently than the other this completely helps me with all of my back issues and creates such relaxation! Although a little bit pricier, but worth every penny ! The set up is super simple and love to ise my phone as the control- one less Device to worry about. Also, amazing carrier to make this very portable- the probes and the sticky attachments , travel well!
