I would guess up to 5 pounds. But, check with the manufacturer for an exact weight. If they don’t meet your specifications, you can always return them to Amazon.

There are no instructions. With the exception of the squeezable egg shapes, they are pretty challenging and take strength. I'm sure if you kept at it, whatever exercise you did with them would in time make you stronger. You could squeeze the donut or pinch the egg and work up to the finger stretchers.
