This watch is an original TAG. Mine did come with a certificate of authenticity and serial numbers. The back of the watch is solid not clear.

Does this product come with warranty? If so, for how long and with who?

I am pretty sure this comes with a 2 year warranty but, the warranty information is clearly stated in the information. This will not carry a warranty from Tag though.
