This stuff works but it takes a long time we're talking a couple years. I had three toenails on one foot that were horrible. I had to wear special shoes cuz the big toe nail was so thick. It's been almost 2 years now of using it six out of 7 days without fail. And that toenail is now down to about 1/4 of what it used to be. The other two toenails one is completely healed and one is about 1/4 left to heal. You have to be diligent you can't give up you have to be patient. It does work but you also have to soak your toenails couple times a week and then use one of those cuticle sticks to scrape out the dead debris under the toe. If you're patient and willing to give it a try it will work for you. Here are also some other hints. Store the bottle with the cap up do not start with the cap down! Because it does drip or leak as you store it. You get very little for the price but you don't need much in fact when you're using it don't even squeeze it just gently press the rubber tip onto the nail or specifically under the nail bed as much as you can. But don't squeeze it you'll use it up in 2 weeks!

This worked for me. It doesn't kill the fungus, it repairs and and strengthens your nails. Eventually the fungus just dies off because it cannot survive anymore due to your new nail growth being so healthy.One things to keep in mind is this isn't some instant fix. The severely damaged parts of your nails will break off. What happens is your new nail growth will be healthy and fungus free but it has to grow all the way back to replaces the section of toenail you lost and that takes months.

this stuff worked at 1st. it's clear color. thin , easy to apply out of the tube . dries quickly. Stopped seeing 👀 results after 1st week .

Good product but bad ‘delivery system’. For seniors, it is hard to apply the right amount without wasting the liquid. A bottle with a brush top would be much easier.

In a year and a half I have bought two nail fungal products you brush on from Amazon. I started using Kerasal on my thumb on one hand and fourth finger on the other hand. I have been using it for a week faithly twice a day. Already they look 50 percent better and the fungus is backing off. I filed the nail down a tiny bit over the fungus to help it absorb even more. I highly recommend this product.

I was amazed by how well this works. It’s pricey, but worth it.I was very ill for so long that i was unable to take care of my left big toe nail for over a year when i could see it needed care and it was getting worse. My nail ended up thick and yellow. This is really embarrassing.I am writing about this anyway to let people know who have a serious, untended, far down the road, problem with their toenails that this gel works really well and can actually clear it up. I have this one toe nail that is a bit discolored (yellowish) and also seems to grow at a faster n thicker than the rest of my nails. So I decided to treat this nail to see if this could be resolved. I’ve been applying it in the morning n at night for about 5 days now. I’ve noticed that the discoloration is not as noticeable. I will keep applying for another solid 2 more weeks n see if things continue to improve. So far I like what I’m seeing n will update review after more time has passed.
