Is this actual coffee? Or is this just coffee flavoring? I'm thinking of using this to make iced coffee...

It makes great iced coffee, just ice, milk and syrup. Autocrat bought out Eclipse coffee syrup witch is the official drink of Rhode Island. I think Eclipse is better then Autocrat, it is thicker and stronger, does not need as much. I have been drinking it for years. It is hard to find in stores though.

This is a syrup that contains coffee extract for the flavor and corn syrup for sweetness. It's great for mixing with milk, in milkshakes, and drizzling it on ice cream and other desserts. I don't think it would make very good iced coffee, not enough coffee extract in it.

Thickness of the syrup, as in similar to honey, maple syrup, chocolate syrup or just like a starbucks syrup to flavor your coffee?

It has the similar thickness of maple syrup, i would say. It makes drinking plain milk more interesting with the flavor of coffee. But has no coffee in it.

Is this good to use for iced coffee Frappuccino’s?
