脚が安定して眠れます
購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想ですオススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)

股関節手術後用として様々な商品を閲覧して探していました。届いた日から早速使用していますが理想どおりの製品に巡りあえたことに感動しています。数年間使用してはどの様な状態になるかはわかりませんが現在は身体的にストレスが全く感じられません。構造的な面からもかなり良い商品です。

人工股関節置換から5年
置換したての時期は抱き枕が良かったので（対位確保）すが、5年経ち、抱き枕が邪魔に感じるくらいになり片付けました。油断したのか、疲れたり寝る対位で痛みが出始めました。様々な良さそうな商品がありましたが、こちらを選んだ理由は、理学療法がなかなか受けられない人工股関節置換者が多いアメリカのレビューが多かったからです。少し柔らかく感じますが痛みはかなり和らぎました。取り外しが面倒ですが小振りですから仕方ないですね。寝ていて外れないのは◎です。4☆はまだひと月程なので耐久性が未知だからです。

It has made a huge difference!
I thought it would be annoying to use at first, but it turned out to be so comfortable. I actually feel the difference with my first use. The strain on my lower back and hip has been removed during sleep.I suffer from a herniated disc and sleeping has been so difficult for me. I am a side sleeper but a normal pillow didn’t suffice. With this my knees don’t touch at all and my legs align with my pelvis. I didn’t expect much, but I really feel that it has removed some pressure somewhere in my back or hips.It is also super light weight and I don’t notice it at all when I move around at night. The leg strap too stays on all night. The material is also really soft so if you wear shorts to bed, it doesn’t feel rought at all.
