This is a DRY product. It is a per-carbonate cleanser like oxy-clean with a stabilizer added. The product may clump if the tub were to be left open in a humid environment but until mixed with water the product is shelf stable and will likely last for well over a decade or more.

One Step is a no rinse cleaner and sanitizer.

Q: Does this come in a tub or a bag?

In almost three years since this question was asked about it coming in a tub is now mute, it now comes in a BAG. I was expecting a tub, but I got a bag. Bummer...My only complaint.
