Impressed with the quality!
I've been using Voyager Legend 50 for a few weeks and the experience has been impeccable! The audio quality is amazing - even in noisy environments, people hear me clearly thanks to the 4 microphones with noise cancellation and WindSmart technology. The Bluetooth connection is super stable, and the integration with the mobile phone is fluid. A highlight is the intelligent call control: it answers automatically when I put the phone in my ear, which is very practical on a daily basis! In addition, it is comfortable enough to wear all day without discomfort. The battery also lasts a long time, accompanying me on long working hours. If you need a reliable headset, with great audio performance and that works well anywhere, this one is an accurate investment. I recommend it without a doubt!

Disappointing Step Backward — Incoming Audio is Harsh, Scratchy, and Nowhere Near the Voyager 5200
I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this headset deserves an honest warning for anyone expecting an upgrade from the legendary Plantronics 5200 series. I purchased the Poly 50 believing it was the next generation of the 5200 — better noise reduction, AI features, modern USB-C, etc. Instead, it’s one of the most disappointing audio products I’ve used in years. The core issue: Incoming audio is thin, harsh, overly bright, and genuinely unpleasant to listen to. Voices sound scratchy and artificial, as if the high frequencies are being pushed to the point of distortion. I tested it multiple ways, including calling myself from another phone — my outgoing audio sounded great, but the incoming audio quality was shockingly worse than every 5200 I own. For context, I’m a long-time user of the Plantronics 5200 headsets (I keep several charged in my cars, office, and home). Those headsets have a warm, natural sound profile that Plantronics spent years perfecting through aviation-grade DSP (Digital Signal Processing) tuning. The 5200 has extremely natural, comfortable audio that you can listen to all day. It’s also worth noting the corporate transition behind these products. Plantronics (an industry leader since the 1960s) acquired Polycom and rebranded as “Poly,” and then Poly was later acquired by HP. With each transition, the focus shifted from the finely tuned hardware and acoustics that made the 5200 exceptional toward software features and AI-driven enhancements. The Poly 50 feels like a casualty of that shift — an attempted modernization that unfortunately abandoned the proven sound profile that made the 5200 iconic. The Poly 50 makes it very clear that the original tuning was not the problem. The problem is that the new tuning doesn’t preserve what made the 5200 great. The AI noise-filtering may look good on paper, but it clearly compromised the most important part of any Bluetooth headset: the ability to clearly and comfortably hear the person you’re talking to. No amount of extra features can make up for unpleasant call audio. I also tried adjusting every setting available — nothing fixed the scratchy tone or the lack of depth. After wasting time and money trying to get this to work, I finally realized the issue isn’t a defective unit — it’s the new tuning itself. Another reviewer described the same exact problem, which confirmed my experience. If Poly wants to push forward with AI enhancements, they need to preserve the proven Plantronics 5200 audio profile instead of replacing it. The 5200 got its reputation for a reason. This new model does not continue that legacy. Returning the Poly 50 and going back to the 5200 immediately. I hope Poly considers restoring the classic Plantronics sound tuning in future products, because this was a big step backwards.

Plantronics Bluetooth is the Best!
These are Great Blue Tooth's, I have Arthritis and this minimizes joint bending and also holding the phone up to my ear as I hate using a Speaker Phone. Audio is very clear, Size is good and they are comfortable. I am pretty hard on them, so I would say that they are very Durable and the Volume is in a very good range and is clear and adjustable.

Great over the ear headset
Great over the ear headset. Easy to charge with included charging cable. Can pair with Bluetooth to a laptop or mobile device. It comes with 3 sizes of ear tips for a comfortable fit, however, I’m subtracting a star due to the ear tips were difficult for me to remove from device. Adjusting speaker volume is simple and you can mute calls easily with the mute button on the mic boom. Overall great headset.

Clear, noise cancelling and an awesome headset
I really love the Polytronics headsets and this is my favorite. I have never had any problems with them and they last me a couple of years (I am on my phone all day every day with work). I can drive my car with my window down and and I can go pee while on the phone and people not hear. The value is great for lasting 2 years and my phone calls are clear. My only complaint which is why it's getting a 3 star other than a 5 is for some reason when I received the earpiece this time it was already opened, not sealed and the pieces were missing like the adapter, extra ear parts, and adapter cord. Since I needed it now, I just bought the extra ear pieces and luckily already had a charging cord instead of returning.
