Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Electronic Helmet

For $60 it's a steal. So awesome. Looks good next to my iron Man helmet. Lights up blue... Not purple. Idk what Disney was thinking. Still, very cool piece.

Excellent mask/ helmet. Looks great on and was comfortable. I have a small head but it comes with removable pads that created the perfect fit.

This is the third prop helmet Hasbro has released in the Marvel Legends line. Previously we have gotten the Iron Man Mk VI and Starlord's helmet. In addition a number of very nice Star Wars ones under the Star Wars Black line. While not the weakest overall, the Black Panther one is the weakest of the Marvel ones. The sculpt is gorgeous. Perfectly capturing Black Panthers intricate mask from the Black Panther and Infinity War movies. Paintwork is minimal, which is part of the issue, the previous 2 helmets were fully painted. BP is largely molded in color of flat black plastic. It looks decent, but a tad toylike. This is further added to by the painted silver Vibranium highlights, and the clear plastic light effect panels. The flat silver paint doesn't quite do it. It needed a more chrome like paint there. The light effects are king of cool, but when not lit make the mask look as I said, toy like. The helmets feature an eye gimick that will open and close the silver eye shields. It's meh. on mine you have to hold the button for the eye shields to remain open (revealing the wearers eyes). The default positing is the eye shields down. Unlike Iron Man or Starlord the eye shields do not light up, the lighting effects are instead shockingly obvious clear light panels on the mask. There are no sound effects with this mask, which is rather disapointing. Iron Man has sounds as do all the Star Wars ones. And Starlord acts as a Bluetooth Speaker. It needed some sound when the vibranium lights up. The mask will fit a large adult head. It has two soft pads attached by velcro that can be removed ore positioned to best pad your head. The rear panel flexes out a bit to facilitate entry, but it toes not fully open up the way it does on other masks, which will leave some confused. Large Headed fanboys may have to wiggle or wrestle a bit to get it on. Once your head is in, it's roomy enough. The sculpt is good enough that an enterprising hobbyist could easily use a bit of repainting to turn this from a decent piece into a fantastic one.

Este casco de la Serie Marvel Legends de Hasbro es simplemente genial. Tiene un gran nivel de detalle. Se ajusta de forma adecuada al tamaño de la cabeza de una persona promedio, tiene 2 pequeños colchones para que sea más cómodo ponérselo. Entre sus funciones, destaca el que los visores se pueden levantar para dejar al descubierto los ojos, justo como en la película, mediante solo presionar el botón del lado derecho del casco. Para regresar al modo inicial, con los visores abajo, solo basta con presionar nuevamente ese botón, lo cual a su vez activa la función de las luces de vibranio. En este modo dura aproximadamente 20 segundos, con la iluminación tintineante. Por otro lado, el botón del lado izquierdo sirve para activar las luces en el casco, sin tener que presionar forzosamente el otro botón que mencioné en el anterior punto. Al presionar este botón en forma suave, las luces duran alrededor de 15 segundos y después se apagan. Si presionas por un poco más de tiempo este botón, las luces duran encendidas por tiempo prolongado, y las puedes desactivar con solo oprimir nuevamente el mismo. En resumen, es otro producto con la alta calidad a la que nos tiene acostumbrados Hasbro. Quizá no está al nivel del Guantelete del Infinito que salió a la venta previamente, pero sigue siendo una magnífica pieza para los que somos coleccionistas de los artículos del Universo Cinematográfico de Marvel.

I got this on sale, and don't regret it. It's an awesome piece if you're a collector. I only wish I had bought all the others when they went on sale. This one is made of some good material and fits a normal sized head fine.
