If you are asking if 'Jasmine' rice is any different than regular white rice, then "yes". I find the flavor and texture is much better. But be careful of pricing. A box of 3 packets should be around $2.50 - $3.00 USD.

I love Success Jasmine rice, but why is the cost of this item four times higher at Amazon than in a regular supermarket? When I saw AMAZON WAREHOUSE GROCERIES I assumed the price would be lower but ,???

No idea! I ordered by accident thinking it was 3 boxes. It was the same exact thing I purchase from Walmart for waaaay cheaper.
