Take a brush handle or something similar and push up on the bottom. I've only had this happen when it's almost empty

Well, it smells VERY pretty! It is hard to describe, but I would say it smells kind of floral and like a yummy conditioner would smell. Sorry, it is hard to describe- but it smells great and it is amazing. A little goes a LONG way! My granddaughter with thick hair past her bum even says it is great.
