It works!
Here’s my configuration:Gaming PC 1Mini PC 232" 4K monitor27" 1440p monitorKeyboard, mouse, speakers, webcam (all via USB connections)It worked well with one caveat: my mini PC doesn’t have two DisplayPorts, only one DP and one HDMI. Because of that, I had to connect the HDMI directly to the monitor, bypassing the Ugreen switch. If both of your PCs have two or more DisplayPorts, you won’t run into this issue.I did try using an active HDMI-to-DP adapter, but it didn’t work. I didn’t test with other brands or models.Don’t let the messy picture discourage you—just tuck the unit away somewhere out of sight, keep the included controller nearby, and you’ll be all set.

Major quality of life upgrade
This worked wonderfully for what I needed. Easy setup - once I remembered to plug in the USB cords - and off it goes. Single button push switches instantly between my desktop PC and a laptop via dock. The only issue I found was with my Razer mouse. Plugging the wireless fob in did nothing, while wired it worked fine. Figuring a USB 2.0 / 3.0 interfacing issue, I bought a short USB-A to USB-A adapter. Plugged it into the switch, and the wireless dongle in the other end, and all good now.

Good KVM for the price
I have to older monitors (about ten year old. Works fine with both. Takes a few seconds to swap. Would give it 5 except it sometimes fails to swap or computers don't recognize one of the monitors. Especially with Linux Mint.

Good dock! But...important feature likely not available with this KVM switch: HDCP 2.2
Important feature not advertised and likely not available with this KVM switch: HDCP 2.2. Good dock though!Update: Upgrading to 5 starts. I can confirm this does have HDCP 2.2, and in fact, HDCP 2.3 compliant! It was actually stated on back of the box this device arrived in. My issue turned out to be with the Displayport cables I was using that stated they were HDCP compliant, but they weren't! I got some VESA certified DP cables and now I don't get that Amazon Prime warning of "Can only stream in Standard Definition..." and I now get full functionality for AMD Freesync and Nvidia G-Sync. Moral of the story - Get reputable name brand and/or VESA-certified DP cables who you can trust.Unlike HDMI KVM switches that often come with HDCP 2.2, this DisplayPort KVM does not. Now, they are mustually exclusive - there are Displayport KVMs that do have HDCP 2.2, but this one does not, from the messages I get from Prime Video. What is HDCP 2.2? It's the standard adopted by streaming services and movie industry that is virtually required on delivery medium (e.g. Amazon Prime Video) that allows said service to stream their movies securely. It's supposed to prevent theft and piracy. So, if a service like Amazon Prime doesn't detect HDCP support somewhere between the computer and up to the monitor, both inclusive, it streams the movies in Standard Definition! You also get this response if you use Linux, since the browsers in use there for some reason don't support HDCP (little fuzzier on that one, but I just know Linux can have issues streaming HD content in Chromium-based browsers without modifications).Good dock overall, but they should either mention this doesn't have that support or, tell me I'm wrong so I can troubleshoot something I missed in my set up.

Does Not Work as Advertised
Does not do the one thing it is supposed to do: switch between monitors for two devices. When trying to switch to second device the monitors get no signal despite any activity. Keyboard and mouse seem to switch without issues.

Does the job
So far, works well. 2 displayport monitors, keyboard and mouse connected to laptop docking station and PC, with both monitors running at 170Hz 1440p, just like they are directly connected to either device.

No fuss. Just works.
This device worked exactly as it should. We tried two other similar items and neither would work without display flickering and distortion. This one is perfect.
