I felt compelled to write this review because I'm someone who is always outside grounding myself any chance I can get and at first I wasn't sure about this because let's be honest it sounds too good to be true lol.. but this thing is so cool! It isn't bumpy, you cannot feel wires underneath it, they feel almost non existent but it comes with a tool thing that shows you there is "live" wires on it so that was so so cool to see. It's comfortable and I honestly feel like I noticed a difference in my overall well-being and sleep from last night! Id honestly recommend! So cool!!!

The sheets aren't very soft but I do sleep better. I'm assuming they're working.

It works!? Have have noticed less pain! And feel better rested. I didnt tell my husband I got them and placed them on the bed. He didn't even notice I got new sheets lol. He has insomnia and it isn't helping this however he hasn't been complaining of his back pain and is in a much better mood since sleeping on them. I did eventually tell him and he laughed stating how unobservant he is. I like that they fit perfectly on our bed and they stay in place when sleeping. They fit over our mattress and even the mattress topper.
