No they do not need to be refrigerated as they are wrapped & sealed. I just keep them in a cookie jar on the counter.

How can I know the expiration of the product? only one date appears and it is one year before the purchase…

It might be a good idea to call whoever makes these to ask a production date. There's a number stamped on the packaging.
