I used this funnel every time I reload.

Very nice design and the inverted funnel is a nice way to get the powder into small cases. HOWEVER, due to bad planning this is made of some plastic that takes/keeps a static charge. So you can never dump all the powder out since it clings to the pan, as much as two-tenths of a grains worth. So not usable. I'll look for one of the same funnel design but made of metal. UPDATE! I found that if you treat the tray with K2r Static Stopper https://www.amazon.com/56670-Static-Stopper-Fresh-Scent/dp/B00U1WRMBM that mostly fixes the problem. I sprayed it, let it sit and wiped it off and then let it dry overnight. I can see that it will have to be re-applied every so often but I've run ~500 so far and it is still OK. So recommended but only if you treat it for static.

I have a old model of this pan but I thought I would replace it with the new larger handle model. Right off the flake powder stuck to the pan. I wrote to customer service. I got an answer within a few hours telling me it was static electricity. It suggested that I wet it down with Windex which I did on three occasions making sure that the pan was completely dry but it did not work. Powder still stuck to the pan. I wrote back and received an answer within a few hours and it suggested using graphite. I have not done that as yet. I have been buying Lyman products for years and have never had a problem. This is the first item which is truly a disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this item. I just washed this pan in Dawn. Powder does NOT stick to the pan now! It is too bad the Customer Service at Lyman does not know this. Now I can recommend this item.

Price - half the cost that RCBS wants for their piece of tin. OK - $9 is still a lot for a little piece of plastic... but the used scale I bought was missing the pan and I needed a replacement (using this with an RCBS 10-10 balance beam scale). Function: - The funnel function is great. Works so much better that than the pour spout on an open pan. Have used with both Winchester 231 powder which is flakes and with the fine grain Accurate #2. No spillage with either one when dumping the powder from the pan to the casing. - Static - being plastic it has a lot of static out of the box. Learned from someone elses suggestion to thoroughly wipe it on all sides with a dryer sheet. Then dump some powder through it to let the powder dust coat the pan. Works fine after that.

Works very well and doesn't leave a mess. Used it with my trickler for precise tuning, and it is handy with my powder throw when tuning a charge in. I leave it on a digital scale and throw each 10th load to this pan keeping an eye out for deveation on bulk runs. It was a little static clingie when new with powders, so a read hack taught me to use a dryer sheet to wipe it out and the static cling disappeared.

This must be too heavy to use on my rcbs balance beam.

Tolles Produkt. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Très pratique, concernant le problème électrostatique faite un peu de buée en soufflant dessus et essuyer avec un microfibre. Pour moi c'est nickel.
