Q: Will this plug fit into an 18 fr foly catheter without slipping out?

I don't know anything about sizes, but the plug is tapered and ridged; it should fit securely in any size catheter tube.

Q: Can this fit on the end of a 30 Fr catheter without any leakage?

The manufacturer states that the plug covers most standard catheter sizing, which ranges from 5FR to 24FR (most often used sizing is 10-16FR). 30FR is a very large, nonstandard size and the manufacturer does not ensure that it would be covered. We also do not have a 30FR on hand so are unable to test at our warehouse.

Q: want to go swimming in ocean. is this what I need for Foley catheter to go?

Plugs catheter securely, so you can be confident the catheter won't drain while you swim about.
