Excellent griddle, just what I was looking for.
Perfect size. I bought for a camping griddle. The sides are a great size for cooking scrambled eggs and eggs not running off the griddle. It is thicker than what I was expecting but not too heavy for backpacking. Seems high quality and the cooking surface great and doesn't let stuff stick.

Nice and Heavy
This griddle works very good, I used it today for the first time and I have to say that it is impressive, high quality and a great value for the dollar. Totally recommended.

Great double burner griddle
So far (3 uses) I love this griddle and wish I bought it long ago. I cook 6 days a week so I know what works and what doesn’t. Others said this pan is too light, not true. Said it warps, not true. Said it moves around or isn’t level, not true. It’s just heavy enough. Heats evenly and doesn’t stick like my regular enamel skillets do. Saves me time warming up stacks of tortillas, not having to do one at a time. Food isn’t burning onto the pan like my skillets do. I like how it fits on my gas burners. It’s very easy to clean (handwash). For $18, buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

I got the Mini Griddle! Right out of the box, it’s awesome.
It looks 10/10 straight out of the box. I haven’t used it yet but the coating looks nice and thick. The metal is NOT cheap and flimsy. It’s a solid griddle. I am very impressed. I bought it for car camping to use on my folding, 2 burner, BRS-32 stove. You could almost use it backpacking if you’re not a gram weenie. If your carrying a pound of bacon or sausage you’ll have no excuse for not carrying this griddle too. 😉😆

Amazing!!!
I wish I had gotten one of these years ago. My stove has the long middle burner that sits between the normal 4 circle burners. I never used the middle burner until I bought this amazing pan. I've made so many grilled cheese sandwiches on this (I've made 3 large sandwiches on it). I use various fancy cheeses, tomatoes, ham, fancy herb butter, various different kinds of breads... just amazing. My family is loving this too. Gone are the days of multiple pans and trying to squish the sandwiches into each one. Seriously, trying to get 3 sandwiches in one pan with larger bread loafs isn't going to happen, so out comes another pan. Pancakes are also easy to make on this, versus in a pan. Everything cooks the same (my circle burners are different sizes and you need to watch both pans because one will cook faster) and you get more done quicker and more efficiently. Seriously, I wish I got this year's ago. It's so easy to clean (everything washes right off with a soft rag or sponge) and it goes right back on the stove. No more washing out 2 large pans. Highly recommend. It's excellent and a game changer for me.

Warps
I have used this pan according to instructions, using medium heat. As other reviews state, pan warps when warmed. Can easily see a good portion of the bottom of pan no longer making contact with flat stovetop. Additionally this creates a pivot point on which the pan decided to spin/shift back and forth when touched. So now I’ve got this hot griddle pan that I have to hold in place in order to flip the food. Absolutely worthless product, aside from the fact that the food cooked somewhat. I considered this a trusted brand but this is a miss. Buy something bigger and more substantial if you require a 2 burner griddle.

A cheap way to add some cooking space to your stove.
My apartment has an older stove, which is on the smaller side. So every cooking surface counts. This is especially true when I make breakfasts as there are often several items that need to be cooked simultaneously. This particular griddle was on sale, so I thought "Why not?" My first impressions: small, light. It would not completely cover the stove elements left to right, which is how I first imagined it would work. However it did manage to cover them back to front perfectly fine. The good: - It is non-stick and easy to clean. - It does effectively add more cooking surface. However... The not-as-good: - It doesn't distribute heat very well. The majority of the heat is pretty much wherever the elements are and not the portion between the elements. That part's hot, it just doesn't sizzle. ...BUT the hidden benefit to this is that you can move your food items to these "not so hot" spots if they're cooking too quick. Perfect for when cooking things in batches. When I was making short ribs, it was useful to move the smaller cuts to these sections while the larger cuts cooked more. User concerns: "Warped." There is very slight warping on mine but I don't really notice it when I cook. It is more obvious with sauces or other liquids as they will usually pool up at one end. Be cautious, especially with omelets. I think this warping does cause the griddle to shift slightly during use. But that's nothing a little nudge with your tongs won't fix. "Cheap material" It is definitely not cast iron. But I wouldn't call it "cheap": It's light. It's aluminum. It might not feel like a solid slab of metal, but it holds all your sausages! Overall this is a decent griddle if you need some extra cooking space for things like pancakes or bacon. And I imagine it would be good for camping as it's very light. If you want to do serious cooking, then you probably want cast iron. But if you simply want more space to cook on in your bachelor pad, you could do worse.

Its not balanced so you can cook things only on one side, unfortunately its not good

I used to have the lodge double burner grill but hardly use it and a pain to maintain (rust) & very heavy. This aluminum grill is better in so many ways. Good for preparing big batches of food. Non stick - easier to cook pancakes n eggs. All aluminium - lightweight. Heats faster than cast iron too. No maintenance needed like seasoning. After using just wash, dry and hang up till next use. Cons - cannot be used on induction. Non stick surface will deteriorate with use. Then I will repurpose it into a serving tray, thanks to the generous handles!
