This is a cheap and easy way to freshen the look of your bleak dash. You may not even realize it until you have this installed. Makes you want to drive more! Without them, there's no contrast in the dash, so it really makes some eye candy :P. At first, I found the rings a bit thick, just look at hoe close the speedometer needle gets to hitting it, but it's not that bad in the end. It grew on me but that might bother someone. They seem a bit cheap, but that's because they are. Nonetheless, it's got the perfect amount of shine to them. Very OEM look.As for installation. I have no experience with cars whatsoever and it took me an hour, and 30 of those minutes were spent cleaning off dust I kept noticing. So two words of advice.1. Work in a dust free environment, and look very closely for dust and other little things to save a lot of time re-opening the cluster.2. Unplug the battery. There's so many questions online (in my experience) if you should to keep the electronics working properly and to avoid an airbag light. Just do it. Don't take the chance. Be creative if your short on tools, I used a wire cutter to twist it off (and a screw driver)
