Literally the best thing every invented for easing sore shoulder and neck muscles yourself. Loved it so much I got some as gifts and they love it too. This is very durable and has dial functionality. It could also double as a weapon if needed. This will work out any knots you may have easily and you don't need anyone to help you. Anytime I have a knot in my shoulders, I use this and it will work the pain out. Definitely easy to use and would recommend. Not too heavy and worth the price.

I have been using it for four nears now and it's been incredible. The nobs are very nicely curved, which allow the cane to glide over and through your muscles, rather than get hooked on it from longer protrusions on other canes. It's very ergonomic and you can use it to massage practically any muscle in your body with the right position of you and the cane. Sitting pretzel style, you can even position the cane's larger hook under a leg and use the leverage to do your forarms too. Though do be aware that you'll need clothing on or a massage oil so it can glide and it doesn't irritate your skin. Nothing knitted. The clothes have to be smooth or else it will irritate you too. On Its Durability: There are reports of from users of other canes/hooks that they break or snap on them. That's very dangerous. You will never experience that with this, and you can feel safe knowing that it will never break on you. This thing is so strong I think only a bomb could destroy it.

This massage hook has been such a helpful tool for me. I use it mostly on my upper back and shoulders after long days, and it really helps release tight spots that I can’t reach on my own. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but now I reach for it all the time. Great for anyone who holds a lot of tension and wants quick relief without booking a massage.

I needed something like this to work muscle tension in my back ranging from the upper buttock to shoulder/neck area. This does the trick nicely and it is STURDY. I tried a Theracane at work and while that product reaches the areas just as well as this does, this is much thicker and sturdier with no flex so all your effort goes directly into the tissue you are working. The Theracane is thinner and flexes - I could see it breaking if you really bear down. This is a beefy item and I can't see it breaking under any pressure I can put on it. The handle and grip areas are well placed and you can maneuver this pretty much anywhere you need. When you get the trigger point located you can really bear down on it almost any angle you choose. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and consider it money well spent. Yes, it is twice the cost of a lot of competitors but it is much sturdier and will likely be a lifetime purchase. What's an extra $15-16 when you are in pain and need relief - this will literally help you your entire life.

This might sound weird, but I feel Like I found my best friend suddenly with this cane. I've been crushing my back and neck against the corner of the house for years. and my knuckle joints are rock solid from finger presses. still this cane can achieve more in an hour than I could all day and God it feel wonderful to push all of those stagnant cells out of the muscles group. I feel Like I can even hear better. The Cane is ultra durable, I'm not sure if it has a core, but I feel you can't break this without hurting yourself first. It has a Pistol Grip for accurate pointing of the cane on your muscles. you can use it laying down casually while watching The Walking Dead and it hangs up anywhere. My favorite part is that it works everywhere you can lean on it. so while your doing your back you can hit your elbow and jaw at the same time. simply laying on it while focusing on your back while passively curing other spots. This is 100% recommended by me for sufferers of hyper-tendonitis or acute tendonitis. (Emotional Stress Knots) This is for those who LIKE deep tissue therapy.

The muscle hook arrived quickly. It is sturdy and easy to use. Focuses on problem areas and triggers on knots allowing release and comfort. Will not snap and break like other tools sold. It comes with a laminated small instruction booklet. Everything about this item screams quality. Great colour also. Can't say enough great things. Would highly recommend.

This is the second type of massage/pain relief tool that I have bought, and would recommend for anyone needing to relieve pain, and do self massage. The GoFit is a little pricier, but sturdy, and will last me for quite some time.

Really big but well built and effective. Helped when I was having chronic shoulder pain

After having one of these on a work trip, i got one for my partner for Christmas. She has arthritis in her neck and scoliosis, so she is constantly getting massages or leaning against a lacrosse ball on the wall. We have a theragun, but since getting this muscle hook, the theragun is nowhere to be seen and the lacrosse ball has become a dog toy. As i mentioned in the title, its great and simple to work out the kinks.
