Works with Pyle PWMA-1090UI
Used with a Pyle PWMA-1090UIRight out of the box, the adapter clips on snug and is powered by charger port. The Bluetooth device just said ‘Headset’ but once connected my phone recognized it as ‘DockLinQ’, the rest is self explanatory. It works well but my only gripe is that when your device is not playing any media, a soft beeping/interference noise can be heard. But once I play my music, the sound is covered completely and I got pretty clear audio. Just beware of your volume levels since that beeping noise becomes more apparent at high volume.I would honestly give it 4.5 stars but was simply plug and play, can’t complain!

A Great Find!!!!
Works great!!! Converted my old unusable Logictech Ipod speaker dock to a working speaker system for any bluetooth unit. Since Apple doesn't support it's products, it was nice to use the speaker system for something else.

Poor connection - update
I received a message from this seller that the sound may be due to electromagnetic interference. They advised to try to turn the phone volume up and the volume on the speaker down - this worked. The product works; however right out of the box once connected via bluetooth, there is a loud buzzing sound. The connectivity randomly disconnects. and requires disconnecting from bluetooth and then reconnecting to continue playing. I do play music most of the day so it does get quite a bit of use. However, I have never had an issue with other similar products.

Work very well
Love it because I found this ipod hifi speaker in the garbage and didn't have a power cord so I got on from one of my tvs that threw away anyways the sound quality it so much better than my bluetooth JBL speaker and this duckling pro 5.0 works great 👍 👌 😀

Horrible Results — Disappointed So Far, But Hoping for a Turnaround
I recently purchased two of the vehicle-specific Bluetooth adapters from this brand—one for my Mercedes (explicitly listed as compatible) and one for my Harley (not listed, but I took a chance based on the positive reviews). Unfortunately, I never got far with either. The first unit powered on, but never appeared in my Bluetooth list. The blue indicator light (which signals Bluetooth pairing) never came on, and the unit became very hot to the touch. Not a good start. The second unit at least made it a little further—it powered up, flashed the blue pairing light, and I was able to connect and stream music... for about 30 seconds. Then the connection dropped. Like the first, the device got uncomfortably hot. After letting it cool down, it would reconnect briefly and repeat the cycle—same result in both vehicles.I contacted Amazon support and they walked me through some basic troubleshooting. Ultimately, they offered a refund, which I accepted.Still hoping for a solution, I tried one more time—this time with the less expensive speaker-dock version from the same brand (INVERY). It powered on, but the Bluetooth indicator stayed solid (which the manual says means it’s already connected). Problem is, it doesn’t show up on any of my devices, and there's no way to reset or clear connections. The only positive here is that this one didn’t overheat. As a side note, I also ordered a $15 generic version from another brand at the same time—and that one works perfectly, no issues at all.I’ve reached out to INVERY’s support team directly and will update this review based on their response. I'm really hoping I just had an unusual string of bad luck, and that they’ll resolve it quickly and professionally. If they do, and the product eventually works as advertised, I’ll be more than happy to revise this review accordingly.

It saved a stereo system from the thrift store!!
I have a pretty old bookshelf Sony stereo system with the iPod dock I never used because I never went into the iPod fad. I was contemplating getting rid of it since it did not have bluetooth capability and I am into using the iheart radio app on my phone. Then I ran across this device. I was a little worried because there were quite a number of Sony devices listed that it would not work with, but my stereo is so old it occurred to me it probably wouldn't show up on the lists, so I went ahead and tried it. It works GREAT!!! I am so happy with it. The stereo system stays!!
