An important maintenance item for my boiling water tap.
I have a boiling water tap, and its filter needs to be changed twice per year. This one fits perfectly, and only takes a couple of minutes to change.

Great but price increases not so good
Absolutely love our qettle tap, a must have if you putting a new kitchen in! Filters are easy to change.Not liking the inflation shattering 10+% increase since I bought my last one, it was under £30 for a long time which is more reasonable, now it's £68 a year and probably will rise further. Filter duration seems a bit luck of the draw, sometimes they last a little beyond 6 months and others the flow weakens so much you gave to change it after 4 months.

Loving my Qettle
My Qettle is great, always 100C water when I need it, good use of 6 month flashing light to remind of filter change.Filter change was really easy, I watched a video and instructions were easy and simple to follow.

Perfect cartridge
Perfect cartridge for my hot water tap but had to buy an original as I tried a cheaper one that said it was compatible but it wasn’t

Once set up, great time saver
With working from home I was finding it impossible to manage to make a cup of tea between calls. Having the Qettle has changed that. I literally need 2 mins to get to kitchen, fill cup, and get back to office and feel much better for it. A great time saver!One thing to note, we had a local plumber fit it, and had issues. One was a leak as the pipe was installed non-vertical and so water dropped outside of the pipe. We also had issues with the tap spluttering most times we filled up with boiling water. This meant we would get splashed with boiling droplets as we were trying to fill our mugs. After seeing a friend's Qooker fill without splutter we were reconsidering our choice.However when it was time to change the filter cartridge, we noticed that it now works perfectly, no splutter and has convinced us we made the right purchase. So if you have this issue check the filter cartridge installation.
