Chef Works Unisex Chef Beanie

I bought this product because it was cheaper than the one at the website. Quality is great, I have bleached it soo many times, but it still looks like it’s new. It fits okay on my smaller than average sized head. There is no adjustments that would make this fit on my head unless I throw my hair in a bun and tuck it under the hat that’s how much room is left. The hat will fall off and slide towards the back of my head. Again I have long silky hair, so there is nothing for it to grip onto. If you have long hair, this might not work for you unless you wear your hair down in a ponytail. I would recommend this for people who have a regular sized head or even someone that doesn’t mind having to fix their hat every few hours, or for people with short and textured hair. I didn’t return it, but continue to make do until I get an adjustable chefs hat.

Good quality material, comfy and washes really good. It is a little big on me but does sit on my head good. Definitely a good buy!!

The back is elastic and not the Velcro strap as shown in pictures. Still works just fine though.

Exactly what I needed! As a fry cook, I have to wear either a hat or hair-net in the kitchen. Wearing a plain baseball cap for awhile, I decided to give this a try as the cap was too hard to keep clean (machine washable, but soon got out of shape) and they really don't cover enough of ones hair to be useful, in my opinion. This hat fit's me perfectly - not tight, but not so large that it doesn't stay put. As a guy with medium length hair, this lets me push my bangs to the side, tuck them under the hat and keep everything is place. I feel much better in this than a ball cap as it provides the hairnet function, and is actually more comfortable than a baseball cap. Now I don't have to deal with a bill obstructing my vision or getting the hat knocked off my head when walking into and out of those plastic curtains inside the walk-ins. And, it just looks nicer, neater, and more professional.

I got this for my job and it’s the best hat I’ve used! I have worn different types of hatch baseball caps and chef hats, nothing really compared to this. It is breathable and easy to clean. Also it doesn’t fray when washing it often. I really have no complaints for this!

If it had more of an elastic/stretch band, it would be good. But this hat does not stay snuggly fitted.

I'm not a pro,I just cook for my family. I wanted something to keep my hair out of my face. This works great. Comfortable, cool, perfect.
