Great Product
Works great would definitely recommend. Easy to use, can leave in the freezer for as long as you would like, I mostly use mine for headaches and a knee injury. Velcro makes it easy to put on and change size, however after having it for about a month I can see the fabric is becoming looser from the velcro. But due to the amazing low price, I would just buy another when the time comes maybe in 6 months or so.

Does what it say!!
I was advised to get a gel pack by my osteopath, due to my frozen shoulder and trapped nerves. I have to say it is brilliant and really helps, as frozen peas really weren't doing it for me 😂 As it comes with a wrap, I am not constantly looking for something to wrap it in.Would definitely recommend it.

Post surgery treatment
We bought this for my husband after shoulder replacement surgery. The pack is not really geared up to go round the shoulder as the strap is a little short for this, but, since he was largely resting up anyway, he used it while recumbent by resting it on his wound dressing. This worked very well as the pack is lightweight. It is easy to slot into the freezer in between sessions, does not freeze solid, so is flexible, and does not leak as my first homemade version did!

Good product would buy one again if need it
I had I op this year & I had a lot of swelling so that's why I bought it and it really helped good idea good product if I need one again or if someone need 1 I will tell then we're to lock 👍⭐⭐⭐

Arrived in good time and the follow up from the Company has been very good; as to whether it's been received and are you happy with it. So yes to both of those, very simple and convenient to use, I've been using it on my knee (as an ice wrap) and would say it has helped with the immediate issue, I've not used it "hot" as yet but I'm sure it will be fine; same application but just a different mode :- Hope this helps

Easy to use
Second ice pack purchased for tendonitis in my foot. My brother took the first one - very effective and easy to administer. I haven't tried it hot yet but works well.

They get cold very well but the ankle band is not very good as is net doesn’t protect your skin . They don’t get hot very even so ends burn you middle stay to cold , again ankle band not suitable

Je ne suis pas entièrement satisfaite de ce produit car je trouve la housse un peu trop fine le côté que l'on pose sur la peau (je préfère mettre la poche au frigo plutôt qu'au congélateur... de plus au bout d'un moment votre peau est mouillée ) par contre je trouve très bien la sangle scratch je mets donc 3⭐

THIS IS GREAT
This is great in so many ways. First, I have had other gel packs, and I have found them hard to put on and hold in place. This one has an elastic velcro band that allows you to make it tight enough to stay on while you work, or even eat. I use this for tennis elbow, and the club pro said best thing to do is use warmth before I play, then follow with cold after playing. This is PERFECT. I put the gel pack in the microwave for 40 sec [you have to check the strength of your microwave, then test it before burning yourself]. Here's another great thing: when you put the gel pack in the sleeve, it seals on the end, also with velcro. My last one did not have that, so the pack ended up burning my arm a little. This helps prevent that. When I am done with the warmth, before I leave for tennis, I put the pack in the freezer. When I get back 2 hours later, take it out, and use if for the cold application. 2 for 1. Also, have found both heat and cold stays longer with this pack. Another thing that impresses me with this Adalid is that I have gotten three personalized emails from Jonah, the president. That's awesome. Mostly, I was being thanked for choosing Adalid, but also got an update on the progress of the shipment. Actually, came sooner than Jonah suggested it would.One more little trick that I learned: it's not so easy to wrap this tight around the area below my elbow; if my wife helps, it's a piece of cake, but I discovered the easiest way to do it myself: remember that there is a good deal of stretch in the velcro strap, so I simply create the wrap by creating the circle BEFORE I put it on my arm; you can play with it until you get the right amount of tension. Then, simply put your arm through the circle you have created [it's like putting on an armband]. Because there is stretch, once you get it right, you will get a snug fit, without having to wrestle with it, trying to wrap it around your arm. Truly love this product.3/27/15 - UPDATE: Still loving this, as it's so easy and effective. Definitely helping with my tennis elbow.

Molto semplice da utilizzare. Io lo utilizzo per dolore al gomito. La fascetta con lo strap si posiziona molto bene senza arrecare fastidio nei movimenti. È regolabile grazie allo strap quindi si può applicare anche in altre parti del corpo.
Gel pack has non-toxic gel contained in a leak-proof flexible medical-grade plastic (CE Certified & FDA Approved | Reusable and can be frozen or heated/microwaved)
Directions
HOT APPLICATION (1) Hot Water: boil water in pot,remove from heat,immerse gel pack for approx 8-10 min, & use. (2) Microwave: flatten gel pack, heat for 30sec (STOP if it starts to expand). If more heat is needed, expose for 10 sec at a time until desired heat is reached. NOTE: Microwave powers vary, so especially during FIRST USE, exercise caution w/ heating! Too much heat can make the gel pack burst COLD APPLICATION Store in freezer for at least 2 hours.

- If you're uncertain on whether you should use this pack for your type of injury or pain, please consult your physician or pharmacist. Please remember that this product is not a substitute for proper medical care. - NEVER apply gel pack directly on skin after it's heated/frozen, as excessive heat or cold can lead to burns. Always handle it with care or use it with the brace. If temperature is still too hot/cold, use addt'l towels to cover. - DON'T apply on open wounds. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use and then consult a medical professional. - LIMIT hot/cold application to 15-20 min at a time or as recommended by doctors & professionals because overusing doesn't help you heal faster and may damage skin tissue. - Keep gel pack in a dry place if not in use.
