It’s an excellent tool to reduce your thigh and strengthen your muscle. It can also be used for Pelvic floor muscle exercise or kegel exercise. Super stuff...so promising to achieve my health goals. Thanks for such a wonderful product. Grip is perfect, size fits the thighs and yet it is light weight.

Very very useful for beginers.
This is very simple to use. It is strong and sturdy. There is only one level of resistance, but it is effective with repetition. I got this to use while I was sitting and watching TV performs exactly as expected. The counter works perfectly and it’s easy to reset. It’s a good value for the money. Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles, but it gets the dropped off.
