HearthSong Classic 255-Piece Wooden Domino Race Set with Dominoes, Ramp, Obstacles, and a Starting Wand

The media could not be loaded. It is a great set and my kids love them. However, the dominoes are not the right dimensions.Dominoes for rally/building should have a length that is twice the width. No more, no less. Otherwise you cannot build falling towers or domino machines.We did not get the stairs & tunnel as pictured so I deducted one star for that. I'm waiting to hear back from Hearthsong. I'll adjust once we see how they handle the issue.UPDATE: Hearthsong has rectified the missing items in the set. We are very pleased with how they made up for the error.That aside, it's a great product for beginners. My son still absolutely LOVES this set as does his (almost) 2 yr old brother.

My boys love playing with these and setting up mazes. They have tons of pieces to use, and they are well made, colorful, and quality product. I would definitely recommend this brand, and will use them if we want any accessories like bridges to go with them.

One of the best toys we've ever purchased! My 7 yo wanted this set for his birthday and my kids have spent hours upon hours building races with them! They are colorful, fun, challenging, and durable. Such an amazing toy! Definitely worth every dime - would recommend to anyone!

I purchased these dominos after searching for the plastic ones that are used to build and not being able to find them. These dominos are okay but they are not all exactly the same size which is a problem when building structures. If you are just lining them up to know down, they are fine. Would have given them 5 stars if they were uniform in size.

Kids really love the dominos. I love the fostering of creativity & fine motor. We will use for years. Great gift.

It's a cool old-school toy but the shipping was a little expensive especially if you're ordering from Singapore. But hey, it's made of good quality, so I should be complaining about the delivery guys and not the toy itself. Will change it to five stars now.

This set does not come with the things shown in the photos, the description or the Q&A answered by HearthSong saying it includes all parts shown. EVEN THE HEARTHSONG website shows the ramp, red bridge, ball, etc as coming with the classic set but it does not. So they are falsely advertising their product here and on their site, and then won't honor it by sending you the pieces you think you are getting. So this is the dominos set without any of the fun parts like the green stairs, the ball, the bridge, etc etc. I would not have ordered it had I known this and now I know what kind of crap company Hearth Song is to deal with. They said I could return mine for a refund and pay more for the classic+ add-on set which has all the parts and pieces they are saying this one does. So I have to pay more to fix your mistake? hmmm..... I don't think so. Don't ask Amazon, they'll only offer you the opportunity of returning, not actually getting the parts you were supposed to get all along. Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the ball and stairs pieces are what my son really wants. Edited to add: this set comes with two “start” pieces and no “finish” piece as shown. This is noted in multiple reviews and was the case with ours too sadly. Hearthsong knows the sets are defective and doesn’t care. So this just goes to show you what kind of company you’re dealing with.

My 6 year old son is very into dominos right now, and this was a great addition to his collection of traditional dominos. The bright colors and additional wooden pieces that came in the set allow my son to be more creative with the designs he makes out of the dominos. I was very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others.
