"Learning to silence the mind" is an art
I like the book , It has very easy words to understand and it's also the first book I've ever bought with my own money and that feels so good. There are a lot of controversy about Osho on youtube and internet though , I don't really care about what the author is like in his personal life , what I care about is the product and if its a waste or not .And the answer is , for a beginner in being silent and focused in the innerself, like me has really found the book , useful and it dose the work what it say , silence the mind .And the Delivery is done by my friend , very nice experience ☺️

Being a watcher,effortless,relaxed without stoping the mind..and watching thoughts..the thoughts become empty…and that’s what I felt after giving it a chance for longer time…it feels great 🤍becoming a watcher is a secret and gift to a human mind🤍

Best book on meditation, just awsome
Meditation or Dhyna is the act of doing nothing. Not with your body or mind. Where the mind ends , meditation begins.Meditation is not an activity, whatever mind does, it can not be meditation. It is the concious of your being.If you think I am not the doer of any activity like walking ,sleeping eating etc. but a watcher ot just witnessing everyting, then it will enable you to be concious of your being. It is only a 179 pages book, cost is very high rs360. That is why given 4 rating.But it is very useful book.

Wonderful book!! Makes you think of Meditation in a totally different way!
I've been trying to meditate for years. Always very hard. Osho helped me see the whole thing through a totally new perspective, fun and light. I actually started to enjoy the whole process now!

Phantastisches Buch
jedes osho buch erweitert das Bewusstsein, dieses ist ein Highlight, sehr empfehlenswert! Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Kann die negative Rezension nicht nachvollziehen. Die Leserin hat wohl noch nie ein Osho Buch gelesen.
