Bosch MCM3501M 800 Watts Food Processor, Black

5 years ago I bought a good brand food processor/mixer/blender but it was very bulky and large and took up 3x more storage space than this does and it had a large countertop foot print. It also had a big clamp you had to bring down on the lids and set perfectly in order for it to run. This Bosch machine is the same as what you would get in the US or Europe. You just put the lid on and turn the knob. It's not very heavy but it is still powerful. Also, no nooks and crannys for food and dirt to live it. It is so well made, you don't have to worry about this. I made hummus in the food processor and it was smooth just as it should be. I chopped some things in the small chopper and it was powerful and fast and could easily make chutney. You store the accessories in the food processor bowl so it is nice and compact.

Excellent work even after 9 months of use . Received on Monday 26/08/19 .Excellent product. Best value for money in category. Safety is 100% . Cleaning is minimal with hands. Storage is fantastic as suggested. Used for kneading within 3 minutes soft dough is formed without any sticking inside the jar. Used for chopping vegetables excellent chopping with inching. Tried idli /dosa batter in blender, got finely ground batter .Chutney jar takes little time for Indian spice mix.Butter cream can be done in blender jar in a minute or two. Slicing ,grating of all vegetables can be done with this Food processor. Coffee beans can be made fine in chutney jar or blender with intermittent stoppages. Cake mix can also be prepared.Exceptionally good product.

Plastic quality for the jars is not at par with BOSCH brand name. The dry grinding jar got cracked within three weeks, even the dry grinding operation was not so frequent like daily use!We were to purchase rge same afterwards, as BOSCH Customer Care has told us that it was not covered under warranty. Thank god that the main big bowl is not cracked till date. If so, what will be the expenditure, as the small one costed us Rs. 635.00!!!! To cut short, the quality and service of the machine doss not at all deserve the price, we paid for it!!!

I have been writing the revies after 11months of using this. Its really a delicate product. Not for indian kitchens. Every time you have to remove the blades while washing and they have mentioned, whipping cream can be done in it. But I have tried doing it 8-9 times in this food processor while following all the dteps even I kept the jar in the fridger for 10mnts bfr whipping it. Saw all the videos of whipping cream procedure in a food processor, but it didn't work at all. Now secretly I have to buy a new hand blender for whipping cream and frosting, as I am too kich into baking. So if you are a baker and thinking this one food processor will be helpful for everything in baking. Thn I will say a big "No". For whipping, icing and frosting making you havr to buy a separate hand blender or stand blender. Even now the maim jar got damage without any force. I need my money back or arrange a jar for me

I am waiting this review almost after 1 and half year of product purchase.The processor does all the job it's made for.But this review is more about the customer service given by Bosch. Recently one of the jar got broken during daily use.I tried getting the same from local market however couldn't do so even the seller on Amazon did not respond.All of the sudden i observed my product is still under warranty and approached Bosch India through their website.Within 2 days of registering the complainant they delivered the jar at my home.Bosch also have warranty plan by which the warranty can be extended. This review is for all those who are looking for spares for their machine .Just contact Bosch they will make sure your problem is resolved.
