Very apt and to the point. Finding your why is the prequel to this book and book the books are gold mines in understanding that our why is the key factor in building our business. And finding that why before we start anything is very important. This book helps us with exactly that. For anyone who is a startup to a billionaire businessman.

David, Peter and Simon shared their field guide of Why Discovery Work-shop. Book serves its purpose of helping an individual / organisation to discover WHY. It provides step-by-step process for individual as well as for organisation. The process and templates are explained well. I have watched the Golden Circle video couple of times still I could relate with the process.If one hasn't read the book 'Start With Why', then this reading becomes monotonous and mere process steps. I wish authors would have added more stories and example of individuals' discoveries.

One of the best books I ever read. I suggest everyone to read this atleast once before starting their career.

I would suggest to read start with why. Find your why is preferable for those who are entrepreneurs or are willing to start their own business. It is like a work book to find your goal.
