I have a small cross fit gym in a small town. These are the favorites over the hemp ropes. Better grip and more challenging! We are pretty much all ladies between 30 and 70 and we can all use them.

If you like the Battle Ropes, Ropes Gone Wild workouts the SoB kicks their butts.I like the whole concept of the Son of the Beast but the rubber sheathing that connects the leash to the Orange nylon cover are not staying in place. They have to come up with a new design.

Don't buy these. They worked fine for a couple off months, but one of the ropes loop end got pulled back inside the outside wrapping. A few weeks later the same thing happened to the second rope. They are unusable and worthless at this point. I contacted seller and these ropes carry no warrantee at all not even 1 month. It is a bad design and Stroops (manufacture) does not stand behind them.Be warned, this is a design issue and if you buy these you will eventually experience the same problem.

Do not buy this product! The concept is great but the design has a major FLAW. The handles get sucked back into the housing and are impossible to get back out! I found this out 31 days after purchase. 1 day after return policy expiration. I own a gym and have bought a lot of equipment over the years and this was the absolute WORST investment.

I think if you want to use these for low impact high intensity interval training (HIIT) then these battle ropes are excellent.Compared to normal ropes these cost a little bit more but they are worth it because of the resistance element they have which allows you to do a wide variety of exercises. You can use these for more types of exercise than you can with normal battle ropes.I strongly recommend buying the more expensive higher resistance SOTB because the weaker ones will not be enough for you after a short while.You get a leaflet in the box which gives you a link to Stroop instructional videos which are helpful.If you are buying these to lose weight or compliment your workouts with a low impact exercise then these are excellent. I researched a bit about them and it seems that battle ropes are a great choice because they burn very high calories in a short time and their low impact pressure on the joints means you are risking less damage to your body. Also, you are constantly engaging your core area in a HIIT form of exercise so your fitness and recovery time will really take a leap forward.I ended up choosing these SOTB ropes over other battle ropes on sale because:1. the resistance element means you can do other exercises in addition to just the normal rope exercises.2. because they use elastic resistance to make you work they don't need to be heavy like normal ropes (3kg instead of 15kg)3. you can control how hard you want to work according to how much you stretch them and you are not set to a fixed length like with normal ropes which means if space is a problem you can find a way to compromise with these ones4. because they are light and elastic this means they are very very easy to store away unlike normal ropes.5. they are travel friendly and can even be taken on holiday or in the car with no worries.On a side note, let me just say that I had small problem with these and amazon resolved it so fast that my head is still spinning. As always they are kings of customer service.

Soy entrenador personal y lo uso para mi trabajo con mis clientes y lo uso yo para mi propio entrenamiento. Puedes hacer una infinidad de ejercicios.Cada euro invertido al 100% mucha calidad, de da seguridad por su revestimiento en tela que si llegará a romper algún día ( que no me a pasado nunca ) te da es protección adicional que no te golpeará la banda elástica, muy resistentes en ambientes secos, polvo, hierva artificial, lluvia..No tengo ninguna queja sobre el producto. Me gustaría que hubiera más material de la marca Stroops
