Best tasting ACV ever, ever! I have been taking for a decade and love these-look forward to every days 2 o'clock pair of gummies. Great texture. As only a few days do not know how well these will stack up to my Br*ggs out of the bottle mixed with H2o, but did seem less hungry as a whole. the ingredient list matched what I was looking for, dislike added sugars. No change in sleep but not really what they are for.

Hubby has been taking these every day and he swears they are boosting his metabolism since he's dropping fat easier. He says they also taste great!

Hard to measure probiotic benefits. No help with weight loss. Taste is not great, definitely has a vinegar taste. Will not purchase again.

I like this product. It definitely has the apple cider vinegar taste, but it’s not that bad really in comparison to others. I don’t know if it really helps me lose weight or not probably the way I eat would make me lose weight, but it does help with the lowering cholesterol and there’s some other benefits of the apple cider. Maybe just helping I don’t know but I buy it I subscribe to it. I get it every month so it’s definitely something that I like and feel beneficial to my health.
